Guide for QuickBI

Try QuickBI's data pipeline as a service

1. Start your free trial by pressing the "Free trial" button in the site navigation, on the front page or below.

2. Move on to create your QuickBI account. The easiest way to do this is to sign in with your Google account, if you have one.

3. Sign in with your Google email address or by entering your information by clicking "Continue without Google".

4. After signing in you can choose the name of your workspace. After typing the name, press "Create".

5. Now you can see the opening view of QuickBI. Press "Start connecting data sources" to continue.

6. Here you can browse the available data sources and choose which you want to connect to QuickBI. You can also use the search bar to find the data source you want to connect. After finding the source, click on it.

7. For this example, we’ll use Google Ads. To connect your Google Ads to QuickBI, press "Sign in with Google" and sign in to an account that has access to the Google Ads account you want to connect.

If the account has access to multiple Google Ads accounts, you can specify the account(s) you want to connect in the Customer ID field. You can edit the connection name in the "Connection name" field.

8. When your Google Ads account has successfully been authenticated, you will see "Account authenticated" in the view. Lastly, select the starting date for data retrieval and click "Connect". It may take a moment to connect, so don’t close or refresh the page.

9. In the next view, you can select the data categories which you want to import to QuickBI. After selecting, press "Sync data".

10. Now just choose the interval and time for your data to refresh. Then press "Set schedule".

11. Your source has been connected! The icon below the Connection name will turn green once the data sync has been completed. To connect more data sources, press "New source connection" and repeat the previous steps.

To start analyzing the data with the tool of your choice, press "Connect your BI tool".

12. In this view, you can view all the BI tools that you can connect to QuickBI. Choose the tool that you want to use and press "Connect".

13. The tool-specific instructions will open after clicking "Connect". This example is for Google Sheets.
